Welcome to Alive (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by AFCMNZ. Please read the following terms carefully before using the App.
1. Service Description
Alive is a 1-on-1 intimate social app designed to help couples maintain their relationship through daily "spark" check-ins. The App only supports paired interactions between two users.
2. Account & Registration
- You need to sign in with your Apple account to use the App.
- Each Apple account can only register one Alive account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account information.
3. User Conduct
- You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
- You must not interfere with the App's normal operations through technical means.
- You must not impersonate others or provide false information.
4. Data & Privacy
- We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
- Your check-in records and pairing information are stored on our servers.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with prior notice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
